In October last year, Teleport Flock was announced as one of the World Summit Award Winners 2015 in the Culture & Tourism category. Last week, we took home the Global Champion title from the WSA Innovation Congress in Singapore.

The World Summit Award selects and promotes the world’s best e-Content and innovative information and communication technology applications. The award is partnered with the key United Nations organizations and agencies; to date more than 178 countries are actively involved.

More than 400 submissions participated in last year’s WSA contest, and as a follow-up to the first round, WSA organized the Innovation Congress – a 3-day conference with inspirational keynotes, interactive discussions, workshops and an award ceremony in Singapore.

Our cofounder Silver Keskküla was given an opportunity to pitch Teleport Flock to a jury of experts, who then selected one WSA Global Champion in each category.

We’re happy to announce that as the result, Teleport Flock was announced the Global Champion in the Culture and Tourism category.
