Hi there. There are many options for her to choose from, including private tutors, hagwons (private schools) and Universities. I would suggest going to a full time class at a University like Hongik or Ewha. There are many options out there, and I’m sure there are Universities way better than the two I mentioned. Your wife will get to meet different people there and learn enough Korean to converse with others. She can get free Korean classes at hagwons like culcom - all she has to do is to chat with Korean speakers in English for about 40 mins twice a week. However, to learn as quickly as possible, she will need to do more than just take up a full-time class, like speaking to strangers in Korean whenever possible.
