We are hesitant to rent a full office space and would prefer some coworking space environment.Any suggestions where to go or search?

There are lots in the Shoreditch / Old Street area. TechHub on City road is the most famous, but Secondhome and Skills Matter on Eldon St are lovely, amongst probably many others.
