Wich site would you recommend for serch appartment ?

The most wide spread sources here are www.city24.ee and www.kv.ee There is also a group in FB called Korterri üür MAAKLERITA, where people post their adverts and mostly you don't have to pay any additional fee to a realtor.
There are also plenty of agencies that deal with real estate and help with finding an apt, but they ask quite high fee for that, which is in a way paying for air.

Depends on the length of your stay. For shorter periods I would use airbnb but for longer i would use city24.ee or kv.ee

www.kv.ee or www.city24.ee are both good. www.kv24.ee is a new and upcoming portal good for rentals.

Good deals don't last. A reasnoably priced Old Town aparment is rented out in a day, so is other amazing deals. If you find a gem, be proactive, go take a visit and be sure it's the one you want, if so go make a deal.
