Architecture and urban design jobs?

Hello everyone,

I'am a recent graduate from Urban planning research master and I also have a bachelor degree in Architecture. I was wondering what are the chances for a foreigner to get a job in these fields. I speak a decent German (level B2).

Dear Maram,

I think you should have great chances to work at the city / urban planning or at any architecture office in the city. Stuttgart will change a lot within the next years. The biggest project still is the new main station in the underground and the planning of the new available area after removing the train tracks just started.
Furthermore a group of people started to change mind of people about traffic in the city. In this initiative it is planned to remove traffic and use one Main Street as public cultural area/ strip.

I think as urban planning architect or engineer you should be able the next years to have a significant influence on the future city.
