Are the cheese steaks made of steaks?
They are indeed. Typically made with thinly sliced rib-eye or top round on a long roll (an Amoroso's roll if you're in Philadelphia) with provolone, cheez-whiz, or occasionally american cheese. Can be topped with sauteed onions.
