Are there communication, design agencies?

Are there communication agencies or visual branding/visual communication ones? Is it a problem if I don't speak so much German or do they speak in English in companies?

if you google for "Kommunikationsagentur Hamburg" you will find hundreds of communication design agencies in Hamburg. I would even say that Hamburg, along with Berlin and Düsseldorf, should be the best place to find jobs in that field.
Office language depends from company from company but with English you should be able to land a job in most of the agencies.
