Hey Birbal. Unfortunately, it's highly unlikely that you'll be able to purchase a property using a bank loan. My husband and I are Americans, have lived in Estonia for over 5 years, have steady jobs and long-term living permits and we learned this summer that banks here just do not like to loan to non-EU nationalities. We even had one say, "You are American, we will not loan you anything."
We did find a few banks that were willing to give us loans, despite the fact that we weren't EU citizens, but they wanted 40-50% in cash as a downpayment for an apartment that was priced under 100,000€.
I would assume if my husband and I had that much difficulty, that it would be nearly impossible for you to get a bank loan just on your e-Residency permit alone. If you have at least 50% of that amount of the apartment already in cash, then it may be possible. But after going to so many banks ourselves this summer and continually getting turned down, I'm afraid it probably won't be so easy for you.
