As a general rule, no. Slow internet. Although for a premium price (in certain areas) you can get internet up to 100mb/s Down and 40mb/s Up.

If an address is listed here, you will have access to the NBN network through any of the available providers, with speeds of up to 100Mbps download and 100Mbps upload.
However, most people only take up to the 100/40Mbps plan due to the high cost of the 100/100Mbps symmetrical plan, in addition to the fact that only certain providers offer them.
