it depends a lot on what job you are looking for. I would say the usual job search engines like linkedin, monster, stepstone. a local one is references.be.
You can also google to find interim agencies and see what they have on their websites.
Google is your best friend!
But you will always have to come here for interviews...

Hey there!
Many companies today are open to hire foreigners (specially in Brussels). You can always propose skype interviews and for the final interview - if possible and needed - you can propose to come personally to Brussels to meet the employers. Professional networks such as Linkedin are a good way to find these possibilities. Also, there are agencies in Belgium that can help you find a work (i.e. Tempo Team). If you are looking to work in a specific kind of industry, try finding local networks and websites with job posting (for example, in the fashion sector there is this one: www.ffi.be/en/vacancies)
