Hi Christos, the short answer is that you can't. The landlords I interacted with all wanted to see proof of employment and to sign a rental contract in person. You could possibly use the services of a relocation company but a better option might be to get an Airbnb for couple of weeks and do some intensive flat hunting in that time. That's what I did when I moved over. The market is super competitive (read: it's expensive) though so plan a lot of time in for that. There is a real estate agent's (called estate agents in the UK) literally on every corner, so you should have no shortage of people dying to help you for a provision. You can also use Zoopla or Rightmove (both have apps as well) and try to line up viewings for when you're in London already. Hope this helps, best of luck for your move!
