Does Managua have a very competitive rental market for apartments in the nicer areas of the city? Ideally I would want to have a place lined up before I arrive, so I don’t have to waste money on a hotel while I search and get to know the city.
Right now you can get a house with 2 or 3 rooms in a nice suburb for around $500-$600 each month.
For example on Montecielo, a residential near the city on Masaya highway, you would be paying around $550 for a house with 2 rooms, a nice weather and neighborhood.
