I am on the lookout for a job as enterprise architect, as freelancer or employee.
The standard question I always get is: how much are your salary expectations?
So, next to my spontanuous counter reaction "Please inform me about the salary package you are offering", the question remains difficult if you don't know the country nor local market.
So I searched and I found an interesting website called [Salarium].
I filled in my applicable parameters and used the result in a negociation but was told that the salary was way too high for an employee (for freelancer it seemed to be more acceptable).
So I am interested to know your feedback on the outcome of Salarium compared to your specific employee situation in real. Does it correspond well or not at all?
