In terms of Teleport verbiage, if I were to get a "large apartment" in the central part of HK, would you need a car to get around or would you use uber/taxis/public transit or just walk/bike? If it's $4k/month for an apartment alone, I don't imagine having much money for a car/paring/upkeep . . . Thanks!
Central part is a bit vague, but Hong Kong has more modes of public transportation than many other cities and transportation is generally cheap. Taxis are cheaper than Uber. It is unlikely you would really need a car per se. You will just spend time in traffic when you can be productive sitting in traffic on public transportation.
