Is there a French or Italian university in Rio?

Hello, I'm just going back to Rio! I was in Recife and in Salvador! It was really amazing!

My boyfriend is studying now in Rio and I would like to join him but I don't speak Portuguese yet. So, I would like to know if there are any French or Italian universities?

Well, I´ll answer you with an answer I´ve found in another question and I think it fits here:

"What do you mean by a "French university" exactly?
If you plan to study Journalism here, UFRJ and UERJ accept foreign students. All classes are in Portuguese, but both universities have Portuguese for Foreigners' programs. They also have partnerships with French universities and institutions that would help your plans." (Journalism was in the question, but it can be for another courses)
