It’s a very big city, where people move around a lot; on the surface, people will be distant, and neighbourly relations are most often no more than polite greetings. Once you find a few friends, though, you’ll find a lot of them, because even if you like just 1% of all people that’s 70,000 of them within 1 hour travel, and they will know each other. As for integration, less than 10% of the city was born here, and 400,000 new people move in every year, so, yes, it’s very easy - everyone is a foreigner.
