There are regular events, but they tend to be in Portuguese. There's a website (http://www.revistacomic.pt/index.php/stand-up/125-stand-up-lisboa), and your next best option is trying to email (or try FB https://www.facebook.com/revistacomic) someone there and ask for more details.
On the other hand, you could start an English stand up comedy tradition!
