As a print-based graphic designer - no. In fact, our gov't here in Ontario now funds graphic artists up to $20,000 to return to school to become trained in digital design. Unless you are digital and plan to work in tech or for a digital agency - you will not find a job nor will the gov't consider your skills needed.
