I am looking for a good place to live I currently live in upstate NY but i really hate it here. How is Richmond living wise? Does it get alot of snow? Does it have alot of natural disasters? How is the crime and where would be the best place to raise a family i have 3 small children and i am married to military veteran we are in our late 20s
