Why is the taxation score for Tartu so much lower than Tallinn when they are in the same country? Does Tartu have higher local income or property taxes? What are the specifics?
people in Tallinn have higher income, Tallinn has local tax - advertising tax and higherparking fees
And higher everyday costs (rent, food, utilities, etc).
