The NS Weekend Vrij--"NS Free Weekend"--railway season ticket: 1-year subscription, 2nd class, currently €32,- p/month.
This ticket is valid for RAILWAY only (so not for busses, trams etc).
Weekend Vrij provides:
- Unlimited/'free' traveling on the weekend (Friday 18:30 till Mondaymorning 04.00), and holidays with all railway operators (NS, Arriva, Connexxion etc)
- Discount (40%) on off-peak hours (09:00-16:00 & 18:30-06:30)
This ticket is not linked to the city where you would buy the 1-year season ticket, and valid throughout the Netherlands.
After the 1-year period you will be able to give an 1-month advance notice if you would like to stop the subscription.
