Visa documents for an online business?

Hi,
I'm planning to move to Kiev long term (a few months at least).
Do I need a visa to rent an apartment in Kiev?
I'm guessing I'd need the type-D visa (rolling 90 day visa) - I do online business so not sure how I could get a supporting document for this, would it be at all possible? Does anyone know where I could find more information about this?

Visa not required for a stay up to 90 days within a 180 day period.

Hi Marc, you can easily stay in Ukraine up to 90 days without visa with EU passport. If you planned to stay more in a roll have to apply to business visa
