Here are some ride-sharing apps but they are not so popular. Uber has only POP and Black in here but without any sharing.
Prague is small city and public transport is great so there is actually no need for service like that. You can get through whole city within hour.

The best app for ride sharing in Prague is probably this: https://www.liftago.com/

You can use Uber as well, though Liftago has generally better drivers and you can see the price and driver reviews upfront so you can choose a driver.

Furthermore, I think the first ride is free up to 300CZK.

There is available Uber and Liftago in Prague. In case you would like to use traditional Taxi my recommendation is company called "Nejlevnejsi taxi" with their app:

I would definitely recommend Uber, the cheapest and actually quite reliable solution. If you want to travel accros the country and to visit other cities, use BlaBlaCar.
