Dublin is a relative expensive city which takes some people by surprise. A one-bedroom apartment should be between €1,000 to €1,200 in my experience in the city center plus electricity, water and Internet which are not usually included. Apartments are rented with basic furnishing, so you don't have to get your own stuff at first.
You don't mention where your job would be located, but typically the best areas to live are in the Southside (south of the River Liffey), but they can be pricier and more difficult to get because of the demand. It depends on your preferences, but I would not advice you to live too far from work as transport in Dublin is not well developed. Transport is not too expensive, but if you depend on Dublin Bus, you will spend lots of time commuting.
About living costs, I'd say that supermarket prices and eating out are as in any European developed country. Depending on how frugal you are, you could be spending around the €1,000 figure for your living costs. This plus rent and utilities would round around €2,500 a month.
About salaries, I'd say you could expect at least €50k a year for a senior job in software development, but it varies a lot depending on which company or startup you are working for. I also think that salaries are typically lower of what you would expect in a country like Germany, but have heard of salaries much higher than that too. Social life in this city pays off greatly for the difference though.
If you check the details tab for Dublin in the Teleport mobile app, you should be able to see more detailed info also.
