Relocating, have a job in Scottsdale, but the price of housing in that area is much more expensive. Any input would be appreciated.
Arcadia is a great area. North of Indian School between the 51 and 101 is safe. South of there is slowly starting to get better. Tempe is largely a college town but it's pretty safe. I also recommend Chandler and Glendale. North of Scottsdale is Cave Creek which is super safe too. Hope that is a good start!
lots of people who work in scottsdale live in mesa. lots of mormon families here and its fairly safe. check out the area around Mesa High school. lots of good tight neighbors there and you can walk around at any time of the day or night and feel completely safe.
