What's the best taxi app in São Paulo?

Hi, I'm wondering which ride sharing apps are best in São Paulo? Is it Uber or something else?

Uber, hands down.
You also could use Cabify which has a better service/price, but it doesn't have as much cars as Uber, so you may have a hard time depending where you are located.

Uber works well (many drivers, usually fair price). However, taxis have upped their game (competition working its magic) and have a good service and are sometimes offering good discounts. There are two good apps 99 and Easy (who also are offering non taxi type services). There is an app called VAH that compares all the prices at one specific moment. I used a couple of times and seems to work ok.

Hi! Yes, Uber is by far the best option. You can also use 99Taxis or EasyTaxi, they work pretty well - the problem is that taxi service in São Paulo is very expensive and drivers usually provide a bad service. So, Uber is cheaper and better service

Maybe it's better to keep in your phone both Uber and 99taxis apps...

Normally Uber is my first choice, but varying the place and the hour you need to call a ride, Uber maybe not be so good, or even more expensive than normal taxi.

Uber for sure, as regular cabs are not so great. Should someone require old fashioned taxi, they can use Easy Taxi or 99 apps.

Probably Uber. Cabify just started making some noise, and if you are looking for actual taxis and not drivers apps like the ones I cited, I'd choose 99 Taxis.

Cabify and Uber are currently the best options around. I've worked on another big taxi app company in São Paulo and I still prefer them because of user experience, support and driver's quality.
