I would personally recommend BCN babysitter. A friend of mine has hired a nanny through them and was very pleased with the nanny and their service. Their babysitters have been carefully selected and they do the background check & references check by themselves, so you don't have to worry about anything really.
Sitly is an online platform where you can easily find a babysitter or childminder in your own area. I wrote a detailed description of what we needed on the platform and in two days I found the nanny profile we needed for our children. Highly recommended.
