Who can I contact to learn about the necessary requirements to starting a food truck?

I want to start an ice cream truck in Barcelona. Doesn't anyone have a link to a "Health Department" or a "Business License Dept"?

I know there will be some permits and licensing in order to get going but I would love to do as much as I can online before I head over there.

How far along are you? Did you validate the concept yet?

I'd highly recommend setting up a landing page with the pitch and benefits outlined and then building up your pre-launch list. I actually have a background in web design and startup marketing (https://www.cameronroe.com) It would be interesting to hear your plans about marketing and see if you needed some extra help.
