Who is Baco and why is he a snitch?

So this might be a strange question but it's been bugging me for a while.
I have been in Lisbon for a month now and I keep seeing graffiti all over Lisbon saying "Baco -> snitch" or a variation of that, all implying that there's this guy Baco who is a snitch. Does any Lisbon local know who is Baco and what did he do to warrant this much attention?

That must be a very local gang kind of thing. I doubt anyone outside that group will ever know anything.
