Amsterdam is not the cheapest place to live, but as a nurse you should be able to earn enough to have a decent living there. Additionally there seems to be some jobs for international nurses, which makes it so you don't need to be proficient at speaking dutch right away, but it would be a big plus to learn that eventually.
Average wages are from around 21k to 30-50k depending on your specific qualifications and experience in the nursing field.
